We transport your pet and you by road in a specially adapted vehicles, approved by the Departmental Directorate for the Protection of the Population (DPP) regulation #1/2005 relating to the protection of animals during transport. Our vehicles are fully adapted and equipped for long-distance road travel, ventilated and air-conditioned and driven by professional drivers who love pets. Each driver and vehicle must be approved by the DDPP to carry out long-distance animal transport (+ 65km) within the EU (similar rules apply to the UK)

Professional Animal Loving Drivers

Once the reservation has been confirmed (after payment of a deposit), one of our qualified drivers in international pet transport and animal first aid will be assigned to your transport and will contact you to finalise the arrangements and answer your questions. All our drivers are equipped with phones with Whatsapp, which allows them to send you photos of your animals during the trip to reassure you.

Vehicles Specially Adapted for Long Distance et Travel

Vehicles specially adapted for transporting pets, silent cabin, ventilated and air-conditioned. Your pets will travel in IATA approved crates, with food and water. Dogs will be walked every 3 hours and cats will benefit from a private toilet on board.

Types of Animals we can Transport

We are licensed to transport a variety of different types of animals including dogs of all sizes including large breeds, cats, rabbits, mice, rats, gerbils, guinea pigs, ferrets, other small mammals and certain types of birds in their own transport cages. We regret that we cannot carry pet pigs or goats (however cute!).

Our pet transportation service is an exclusive door-to-door service for you and your pet family. We can transport up to a maximum of 5 animals per vehicle. When comparing prices, please take into account transporters who transport up to 12 or 20 different animals, which is a much more stressful experience and adds many kilometers on the journey.

Hotels specially selected for their quality, safety and friendliness towards pets. Animals stay with the driver in this room (they will NEVER be left in the vehicle overnight) during overnight trips, where they will be treated like royalty

Comfort!

• We provide quality pet food and enough water, you are welcome to provide treats or food from your favorite/specialty branded pets.

•Dogs – we stop to walk and play wth the dogs every 2.5-3 hours.

•Cats – Benefit from their very own “cat suite” which includes a sleeping area and a litter box.

• Transport requiring overnight accommodation, we use a quality pet friendly hotel and they will stay in the accommodation with the driver.

•Where possible, on long journeys, drivers eat in pet-friendly restaurants, terraces and picnic areas. 

The Well-being of your Pets

Special Diets, Allergies & Administration of Medicines

We are able to transport pets with specific medical and/or dietary needs such as allergies and the administration of oral based medications, but please be aware that we are unable to offer an ambulance service for pets.

Secourisme animalier

Our drivers are trained in pet first aid and as part of the trip planning, driver research the veterinary services on the route in case of an emergency.

Security and Safety

• We only use IATA approved crates (required by law for all pet transport, no wire cages allowed).

• Every vehicle is tracked by GPS, to ensure safety and security, monitor efficient routes, check speed limits and safe driving times

• Each hotel room is checked to ensure a safe environment with no possibility of escape

• Pets are never left in vehicles overnight and are only left unattended for minimal amounts of time such as driver comfort breaks ( i.e. toilet breaks )
